Scope \/ Contract Agreement<\/strong>
MOKA EFTI is a trademark owned by S.A.C.C.A. with headquarters at via A. Maspoli, 4 6850 Mendrisio. The website www.mokaefti.ch<\/span><\/a> is the official e-commerce of S.A.C.C.A. Societ\u00e0 Anonima Caff\u00e8 Coloniali e Affini, hereinafter S.A.C.C.A. For any commercial relationship between S.A.C.C.A. and the customer, only the following general conditions apply. A contract with S.A.C.C.A. is entered into when the Customer sends an e-commerce order. Changes to the Terms and Conditions are not recognised without the written approval of S.A.C.C.A.<\/p>

Ownership<\/strong>
The goods remain the property of S.A.C.C.A. until full payment by the customer.<\/p>

Offer<\/strong>
All products listed in the shop will be supplied directly by the manufacturer. The supply will be by post or courier. In case of temporary shortage of an item, the Customer will be notified. The delivery terms indicated are to be understood as indicative. Under no circumstances will compensation be paid for an overrun of the normal time limits.<\/p>

Prices<\/strong>
All prices are in Swiss Francs and apply to the Swiss market. The prices quoted by us are exclusive of value added tax (VAT). As a supplement to the indicated prices, a shipping fee of CHF 9.00 is calculated for each shipment within Swiss territory for every order under CHF 50.<\/p>

Delivery<\/strong>
Within Swiss territory, ordered goods are usually delivered within 7 days.<\/p>

Payment Methods<\/strong>
Payment must be made by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.<\/p>

Right of Withdrawal<\/strong>
We grant a right of withdrawal on purchased products. Withdrawal must be notified in writing (letter or e-mail) within 7 days of receipt of the goods in question. The dispatch date of the withdrawal will be decisive for the confirmation of the withdrawal. The withdrawal must be addressed or sent to: S.A.C.C.A via A. Maspoli, 4 6850 Mendrisio, or to ordini@mokaefti.ch<\/span><\/a>. In case of withdrawal, the goods must be returned in their original packaging. The costs for the return of goods are borne by the Customer, the purchase price will be refunded immediately after the arrival of the goods. We reserve the right to make deductions from the purchase price for any damage or use of the returned goods.<\/p>

Liability \/ Warranty<\/strong>
S.A.C.C.A. is liable for material damages and warranties according to legal regulations.<\/p>

Obligations \/ Jurisdiction<\/strong>
These terms of sale are governed by Swiss law and will be interpreted accordingly. The place of jurisdiction for disputes of any kind is the head office of the company, i.e. Mendrisio.<\/p>

Severability Clause<\/strong>
