Wir importieren exklusiv für die Schweiz den Kaffee der Finca Raquel Montefresco in Honduras. Eine sorgfältige, ethische und qualitativ hochwertige Produktion.

Per noi, la sostenibilità non è un obiettivo da raggiungere, ma un percorso che evolve giorno dopo giorno. Dietro ogni tazza c’è la nostra ricerca di equilibrio tra tradizione e innovazione: tostiamo come un tempo, ma con tecnologie moderne che riducono sprechi e consumi. Sperimentiamo nuovi materiali per il confezionamento, più leggeri e riciclabili, e miglioriamo costantemente l’efficienza energetica dei nostri processi produttivi. Allo stesso tempo, guardiamo oltre la nostra torrefazione: partecipiamo a progetti ambientali e sociali nei Paesi d’origine del caffè e sosteniamo iniziative di riforestazione che restituiscono alla Terra ciò che le prendiamo. Ogni passo, anche il più piccolo, nasce dalla convinzione che la qualità non si misuri solo nel gusto, ma anche nel rispetto con cui la si ottiene.

Von der Auswahl der Bohnen über die Rösttechniken bis hin zur Energiewahl und den Verpackungsmaterialien suchen wir ständig nach einem Gleichgewicht zwischen Exzellenz und Respekt für den Planeten.
Moka Efti verpflichtet sich:
Faire Arbeitsbedingungen entlang der gesamten Lieferkette zu gewährleisten.
Lokale Produzenten in den Herkunftsländern des Kaffees zu unterstützen.
Biologischen Anbau zu fördern, der die Biodiversität respektiert und pestizidfrei ist (BIO).
Die Umweltauswirkungen der Produktionsprozesse zu reduzieren.
Eine Kultur des bewussten und verantwortungsvollen Konsums zu fördern.
Kontinuierliches Engagement
Für uns ist Nachhaltigkeit kein Ziel, das es zu erreichen gilt, sondern ein Weg, der sich Tag für Tag weiterentwickelt. Hinter jeder Tasse steckt unsere Suche nach dem Gleichgewicht zwischen Tradition und Innovation: Wir rösten wie früher, jedoch mit modernen Technologien, die Abfall und Verbrauch reduzieren. Wir experimentieren mit neuen, leichteren und recycelbaren Verpackungsmaterialien und verbessern kontinuierlich die Energieeffizienz unserer Produktionsprozesse. Doch unser Engagement endet nicht an den Türen unserer Rösterei: Wir beteiligen uns an Umwelt- und Sozialprojekten in den Herkunftsländern unseres Kaffees und unterstützen Wiederaufforstungsinitiativen, um der Erde etwas zurückzugeben, was wir ihr nehmen. Jeder Schritt, auch der kleinste entspringt unserer Überzeugung, dass sich Qualität nicht nur am Geschmack messen lässt, sondern auch am Respekt, mit dem sie entsteht.

Derrière chaque tasse se cache notre recherche d'équilibre entre tradition et innovation : nous torréfions comme autrefois, mais avec des technologies modernes qui réduisent les déchets et la consommation. Nous expérimentons de nouveaux matériaux d'emballage, plus légers et recyclables, et améliorons constamment l'efficacité énergétique de nos processus de production. En même temps, nous regardons au-delà de notre torréfaction : nous participons à des projets environnementaux et sociaux dans les pays d'origine du café et soutenons des initiatives de reforestation qui rendent à la Terre ce que nous lui prenons. Chaque étape, même la plus petite, naît de la conviction que la qualité ne se mesure pas seulement au goût, mais aussi au respect avec lequel elle est obtenue.

Behind every cup is our search for balance between tradition and innovation: we roast as we used to, but with modern technologies that reduce waste and consumption. We experiment with new packaging materials, lighter and more recyclable, and constantly improve the energy efficiency of our production processes. At the same time, we look beyond our roastery: we participate in environmental and social projects in the coffee's countries of origin and support reforestation initiatives that give back to the Earth what we take from it. Every step, even the smallest, stems from the conviction that quality is measured not only in taste, but also in the respect with which it is obtained.
